Mighty Mo Brewing Company, half a mile from Imperial Inn, is a must-go pub for anyone who appreciates beer, or is looking for some good pub food. They offer samplers of their own brewed beer, serve hand crafted pizza made from scratch, and even won the “People’s Choice Award” for their wings!
Big Sky Bread and Pastry is a mere 0.3 miles walk from the Imperial Inn motel and offers some of the freshest bread and pastries in Montana; cooking everything from Butter Croissants to Cinnamon Rolls daily.
Bert and Ernie’s Tavern and Grill is a great place to visit no matter what you’re in the mood for. It’s only half a mile from the hotel and is one of the most popular restaurants in downtown Great Falls. Offering everything from Poutine to Coconut Shrimp, you’ll be sure to find something you’ll love.
Events and Shopping
Of course, restaurants aren’t the only thing close by when staying at Imperial Inn. Downtown Great Falls also offers a variety of shopping and events. Tourists are commonly surprised by how many specialty shops there are downtown. Places like Hoglund’s Western Wear and The Viking Shop are sure to offer hard to find merchandise. And Big Bear Sports Center and Bighorn Outdoor Specialist provide everything you need before a camping, hunting, or fishing trip.
There are far too many shops to mention, but while you’re here you won’t want to miss the Downtown Great Falls Farmer’s Market. Only a 0.6 mile walk from Imperial Inn, the Farmer’s Market is held every Wednesday and Saturday where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables and much more to ensure you get the full Montana experience.
Also, if you happen to be here during the first Friday of the month, don’t miss the First Friday Art Walk in Downtown Great Falls, where galleries and businesses stay open late so you can continue shopping and view some local art. You’ll also enjoy music from local musicians, and food from local restaurants.
